Following last nights announcement, we have all been instructed by the government to cease all non-essential travel and interaction with people outside our immediate families as a result of the escalating Coronavirus pandemic that is currently affecting not just our country but the entire world.

It is with a heavy heart we will be closing our main office at Kilby bridge today, but we want to assure you that your custom is very important to us and I am confident we can work through this crisis together. Your contact points at CA will not change, your telephone calls will continue to be answered and your emails responded to.

From the 5th of April we are offering our customers a one month deferred payment plan, on the condition their account is up to date, accounts will be reviewing this on an individual basis and according to the latest government advice.

Monthly Rentals will be reduced to £50. Please call us and make payment and then We will then not call for your main direct debit, however this needs to be completed 7 days prior to your usual direct debit date and an email sent to us at Payments_noreply@cacars.co.uk to confirm your payment.

How the deferred rental scheme works:

For every month you pay the £50 we will defer the full monthly rental and this will be added to the end of your contract.

For example

If your current contract expires on 1/9/2020 and you pay 1 month at £50 then the contract will be extended a further month - it would now expire 1/10/2020.

Please note: No additional mileage allowance will be given.

Fleet Insurance Policy

If you are currently on our fleet insurance unless you wish to source this else where the premium must still be paid on top of the £50.

Vehicle Returns

Should you be at the end of your contract, you will be able to return the vehicle to our Leicester office, please give us at least 24 hours notice of this so we can arrange for somebody to be on site for handover. Please be aware that our vehicle technicians may not be available, so a proper check-in will not be completed until the lock-down is lifted, and you may be charged for any damage found at that point in line with our fair wear and tear guide.
